Quality and Environment Policy

Moldes Centrovia is an organization dedicated to the manufacture of molds and precision machining, supporting customers in all areas of development to achieve the desired part.

Our primary objective is the continuity of the company, ensuring that the products/services supplied meet all legal and regulatory requirements for product quality and the environment, as well as the requirements established by our customers and stakeholders.

Our organization is aware that, to achieve our objective and comply with the legal and regulatory requirements that affect us, we need a Management System that serves as a benchmark. Therefore, we have implemented an Integrated Quality and Environmental System based on the UNE-EN ISO 9001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001 Standards. This system will be implemented according to the following guidelines:

1. Promote, maintain, and defend human relations based on communication, trust, and respect, as a system of coexistence among all stakeholders.
2. Focus our concerns and objectives on the customer, striving to exceed their expectations in all aspects of the product and service.
3. Establish and maintain a Continuous Improvement System, conducting reviews and/or audits of our implemented systems to ensure their suitability and effectiveness, with the goal of increasing process efficiency and customer satisfaction, continuously improving all aspects of our organization.
4. Adopt actions to prevent failures/defects, verifying that the results obtained meet the requirements of our customers and acceptable parties.
5. Acquire the necessary training to develop staff competencies.
6. Establish cooperative relationships with stakeholders, especially suppliers.
7. Identify and periodically evaluate aspects of our activities, implementing relevant improvement actions and plans to progressively reduce our impact on the environment, as well as to encourage reduction at source, prioritizing recycling and reuse, thereby ensuring pollution prevention for sustainable development, minimizing the impact of our activities, and developing environmental policies and a circular economy within our capabilities.

In order to ensure compliance with this Integrated Management Policy, Management is committed to providing the necessary human, material, and financial resources for the proper performance of our activities, establishing full leadership.

This Policy is known, understood, and shared by all personnel in the organization and will be periodically reviewed to verify its adaptation to new customer needs, satisfactory results, and market demands. The Policy is also available to all interested parties.
