Founded in 2008, Moldes Centrovía is a company engaged in the design and manufacture of precision moulds, using the latest CAD / CAM / CAE technology.

We offer our customers holistic solutions according to their needs, collaborating from the design phase of the part to the commissioning of the mould.

Moldes Centrovía is an organisation engaged in the manufacture of moulds and precision machining, supporting customers in all areas of development to achieve the part they want.

Our customers deserve the best, and in order to achieve this, our only option is to become leaders and to continuously improve our organisation in all aspects. To do this, the first thing is to satisfy all the requirements that apply to us, both on the part of our customers and of all other entities and organisations that are, to a greater or lesser extent, affected by us.

In compliance with these requirements, we pay special attention to the environmental ones, as we are aware of the impact that our product and our own processes may have on our planet, which is becoming smaller and smaller, and with more and more risks. That is why we apply preventive criteria to our impacts, because the best way to manage a pollutant is not to produce it.

DESIGN AND MANUFACTURE OF MOULDS

At Moldes Centrovía we are experts in high precision moulds for technical parts. We adapt to the needs of each customer to develop the most competitive product for each case, using the most appropriate materials for each project.

Highly qualified professionals who apply all our know-how, experience and service to each project, making our moulds a symbol of quality and reliability.

All our moulds are highly demanding in terms of quality and precision. For this reason, the production facilities require a strictly clean and contamination-free environment. Special care is paid to this point in our facilities.

REPAIR, MODIFICATION AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Aware of the repercussions that problems such as breakages and breakdowns can have for our customers during the life of a mould, we also offer a repair and maintenance service.

We know that, when faced with this problem, the consequences of excessive lead time are fatal for our customers, which is why we are highly committed to reducing lead times. When, for various reasons, the customer does not have CAD drawings to carry out the work, our technical department provides reverse engineering resources to carry out the work with absolute safety.
